Beaumont's Chocolate Supreme

Heaven on earth!  Charleston desserts are as good as the seafood!
This recipe serves 8 to 10 so make it for your next big dinner party.

2 cups unsweetened chocolate
1 cup dark sweet chocolate
3/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup espresso
5 egg yolks
1 cup heavy cream
Lady Fingers
Grand Marnier

Place chocolate with butter in double boiler and heat until melted. Add espresso, cream, and yolks. Rmove from heat and place casserole in an ice bath and mix by hand for 15 minutes to cool.
Line pie plate with lady fingers and drizzle with Grand Marnier. Pour chocolate mix into pan and chill overnight. Slice into wedges and serve upright on plate with a dollop of whip cream or a pool of crème anglaise.
